CHECK IN

~        The Festival site is on Sun Valley Rd.  It is located next to Our Lady of  the Snows Catholic Church.  If you need to
google a map, use its address, 206 Sun Valley Rd., Sun Valley ID.  The parking lot of the Catholic Church is not for artists.
Please do not park there.
~        Go to the Festival Information Booth for check in.  You will need to sign a hold harmless agreement and pick up
your booth number sign before setting up.  You will need the following to check in:

1. Sun Valley Tax Permit
2. A phone number where we can reach you after Festival Hours
      in case your tent is blowing away.

SET UP

~~Please be aware of other artists when driving vehicles on the Festival grounds and setting up your tent.  A couple of
years ago, a fellow artist ran over an upright to our tent and drove off, unaware of the damage.  It was very inconvenient to
replace.   If you feel a bump as you leave, please stop to assess the damage. It may have  been a fellow artist.

Because we need to keep the field open to bring in the large tents for food, stage,  childrens' tent, etc. on Thursday
morning.  The only people permitted to set up early are Board members, who are needed to help others with set up in the
afternoon.  If this causes you hardship  (medical problems prevent you from working in the hot part of the day, for
example,) please phone 208.725.4090 a week ahead of the Festival to make other arrangements.

SET UP IS FROM NOON TO 8 PM ON THURSDAY, JULY 11.

You can bring your vehicle onto the field near your space during setup.  Others also have work and tents to unload, so
please move your vehicle as soon as  possible.  There is parking available on site at the back of Festival Field in the  section
opposite Sun Valley Rd.
