During the Festival
Fesitval hours are from 10 to 6 Friday and Saturday and 10 to 4 on Sunday. Artists are required to
be on site during these hours. You can bring your vehicle onto the field before 9:30am.
The City of Sun Valley requires that vehicles be off the Festival site by 9:30am
PARKING: You can move your vehicle to the artist parking area at the back of the field
and leave it there from 9:30am until 6pm. The City of Sun Valley will not permit vehicles to
leave this parking area between 9:30am and 6pm due to customers on the field. If you will need your
vehicle before 6pm do not use the back Festival field parking lot.
No artist is allowed to park in the Church parking lot on the street in front of the field- that is for customers.
If you do not
want to park at the back of the field you will need to head to town a couple of blocks away
to find a prking space.
On Sunday we permit
vehicles on the field at 4:30. Not before that time.
MORNING COFFEE AND ARTIST'S PARTY: Coffee and pastries are available before 9am in the food tent
until they run out. Saturday evening at 6:30 there is an artist's party in the food tent.
We provide snacks, water, wine and beer.
