Hold Harmless Agreement
General release: The undersigned does hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless the Ketchum Arts Festival and
the city of Sun Valley of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or in equity
from any loss or damage to property of the Undersigned while in the possession or supervision of the Festival, its agents,
representatives or employees.
The Undersigned consents to enforcement of all Festival rules. (Go to www.ketchumartsfestival.com for Festival rules.)
The Undersigned gives permission for photos or depiction of his/her work accepted for Ketchum Arts Festival 2010 to be
used for Festival
promotion purposes.

Artists will be provided with the following hold harmless
agreement to sign when checking in to the 2013 Ketchum Arts
Festival. We will also require a phone number where you can
be reached after Festival hours in case of an emergency (usually
high winds) involving your booth.
