Artist’s Process Questionnaire
We have added this questionnaire to the application process because we realize that in today’s society artists have access to premade industrial materials
and labor outside of Blaine County. It is nearly impossible to accurately define “handmade.” Therefore, we have eliminated the requirement that all art in our
Festival be “original work that has been personally created by the artist.” Although we still require that your work be executed to your original design, we
understand that you may not produce it all from scratch.
If you make more than one kind of work (you make some yourself start to finish but use assistants or job out some), please fill in and submit a separate
questionnaire for each type of work. If you collaborate with another artist in a business, please fill out one questionnaire for the business.
