from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or in equity from any loss or damage to property of the Undersigned while in
the possession or supervision of the Festival, its agents, representatives or employees. The Undersigned consents to enforcement of all Festival rules. (See
separate page.) The Undersigned gives permission for photos or depiction of his/her work accepted for Ketchum Arts Festival 2010 to be used for Festival
promotion purposes.

IMPORTANT: We must have SEPARATE CHECKS made out to KETCHUM ARTS FESTIVAL for the application fee and the booth fee.

The Ketchum Arts Festival is a local festival for Blaine County, Idaho, residents. A limited number of guest
artists from other counties in Idaho may participate, but artists who do not live in Idaho are not eligible.
